To ensure that no young adult leaves the foster care system without a foundation of healing, and hope, because the end of state care should never be the end of someone believing in you.
What we're building
The S&J Foundation provides comprehensive wraparound services for young adults ages 18-24 who have aged out of foster care in Charlotte, NC. Licensed mental health counseling, educational support, financial literacy, and life skills training, all with one call, because the problems these young people face are not separate and the solutions should not be either.
With Love...
We provide a safe space, offering programs and referral services to assist young men and women who have aged out of foster care system. Our programs will ultimately place them on the road to self-sufficiency.
